Delivery Methods

  • Urban Delivery : Orders are delivered via our in-house courier service within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Rural, Extended, Remote Areas & Tobago: Orders to these locations and all deliveries to Tobago will be fulfilled through TTPOST or ODeliver. Delivery times may vary based on a schedule.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Delivery is only available within Trinidad & Tobago.

  • Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times. If your location falls under this category, we will notify you before processing your order.

Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp notification with tracking details (if applicable).

Failed Deliveries & Redelivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or unavailability, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional fees may apply.
